ABOUT SIMPATHY
Simpathy is a
not for profit organization established in the year 2009 with an aim of curing
the diseases of the marginalised section of the society. Since its inception
day the organization Simpathy is growing very fast with the collaboration of
the like-minded people and organizations. Simpathy organizes innovative
programmes from time to time for curing of ailments such as community health
services through camps, awareness programmes about cancer and hepatitis for
school going children. The society has already running three charitable
dispensaries in different locations of Badarpur district. Apart from this the
society is also catering self-employment programmes like Diploma in Homeopathic
Pharmacy, diploma in physiotherapy, diploma in optometrist, diploma in lab
technician, and many other paramedical courses. Simpathy organizes every year
Red Walk for AIDS on 2nd of December and health discussion cum camp
on every 26th of January since 2009.

ABOUT AARKS

ki Sewa (AARKS): This is a new innovative project under the banner of
Simpathy. The aim of this project is to appeal for donation of news papers to
the people of Badarpur and surrounding areas, and our motto is ‘the more you donate newspapers the more patients will get
cure’. Badarpur
covers the density of the more than 2 lacks people who resides. It is an area
where mix population of socio-economic status inhabitate.
AARKS has an
aim of reaching 5000 news readers out of 30,000 news paper readers population
of the Badarpur area. The revenue which generates from the donation of
newspaper will be used in the treatment of the patients who are coming to our
three charitable dispensaries located at areas of Badarpur. AARKS also
emphasises to aware on health issues of every person of Badarpur.
The Scheme of Paper Donation
§ Under this scheme any resident of Badarpur can donate their used and accumulated Newspapers and Magzines.
§ The Willing donors can specify day/date and time in a month, as per their
convenience for the collection of newspapers.
§ Our delivery auto will reach their donor place on the stipulated date and
time and collect the newspaper
§ The auto driver may also carry his identity card issued by our organisation.
§ The auto driver will carry a spring balance and a file register; he will weigh the paper
donated and maintain the record of individual donors regularly.
§ He will weigh the total quantity of newspapers/magazines donated without causing
any kind of inconvenience and enter the same in the donor cara under the
account of respective donors.
§ We request and expect our donors to
acknowledge the same by signing in the prescribed column. This is required for the sake of our
accountability and our responsibility towards the target beneficiaries as well
as the donors.
§ The Newspapers thus collected will be sold in
bulk to the recycling units once in a month or on a quarterly basis (depending
upon the total quantity collected) and the amount of money earned through it will be used towards
the patients service.
§ The register can be rechecked by any donor at
anytime, we will update the register regularly.
§ Yearly report of the total quantity of newspapers/magazines collected
from each donor and the amount of money earned through it will be sent to the
respective donors.
§ Donors who make the contribution of newspapers/magazine on regular basis will
be honored as 'Donor of Patient'
§ We assure accountability and transparency at every stage.
§ Donors could make a sudden visit any time at
our free charitable dispensaries at OPD time and could see the Cause.
